B2B LEAD NURTURING AI WORKFLOW
Let’s say you’ve already generated a list of leads, and you want to nurture them.
AI can automate the entire process, making your life a whole lot easier while still keeping things personal.
Start with HubSpot. First, import your lead list into HubSpot, and the tool will automatically segment your contacts based on things like industry, behavior, or even the pages they’ve visited on your website.
Now, here’s where ChatGPT comes in. Now, instead of writing emails manually for each segment, open up ChatGPT and use this prompt to generate personalized emails:
"Write a personalized email for a <your industry> industry lead. The email should introduce how AI can streamline patient care, reduce operational inefficiencies, and improve data tracking. Keep the tone professional, yet friendly, and make it relatable for <your audience> decision-makers."
Once you have your emails ready, head back to HubSpot to set up an automated drip campaign. This means you’ll schedule these emails to go out at specific intervals.
HubSpot can trigger the next email based on your lead's actions, like opening an email or clicking a link.
Now, let’s talk follow-ups. HubSpot tracks who’s engaging with your emails—clicking links, visiting your website, or signing up for webinars.
Based on this data, the tool automatically moves the lead to the next phase of your nurturing process. No manual tracking, and no missed follow-ups.
And because ChatGPT can help generate these follow-up emails too, your entire communication flow stays relevant and on-point.
Prompt:
"Write a follow-up email to a [industry/role] lead who hasn’t responded to the initial outreach. The email should politely remind them of the previous message, briefly restate the value proposition (AI-driven solution for [problem]), and offer to schedule a quick call or share more information. Keep the tone friendly but professional, and include a clear call to action."
